Summer Camp

Are you a teen who is blind or has low vision? Are you looking for a summer camp opportunity that gives you the chance to experience nature, adventure, and community all in one? If so, join us at Camp BraveSight!
Location
Our camp is located in the heart of the Rockies in Estes Park, CO. Lodging and "base camp" are at the YMCA of the Rockies. Most activities take place at the Y, but we will travel off-site for a few adventure activities like rock climbing and white water rafting. Off-site locations include Rocky Mountain National Park for hiking and the Poudre River near Fort Collins for rafting. Transportation is provided, giving campers an opportunity to explore the great outdoors in this part of Colorado.

Lodging & Meals
Campers stay overnight in lodge rooms at YMCA of the Rockies. Each lodge room is outfitted with bunk beds and a full, private bathroom. Rooms can accommodate three campers and one counselor.
Three healthy meals are provided each day (and plenty of snacks!). Meals are buffet style in the YMCA dining hall. A variety of options are available, including a salad bar at every meal.
